Hello Reader,
One of the best ways to celebrate and honour the beginning of the New Year is by celebrating and honouring your wellbeing. And that means living in a way that makes you feel proud, confident, and happy with yourself.
And what better way to celebrate new beginnings than by resolving to become the best version of yourself, whatever that may look like?
For most people, New Year’s Eve wipes the slate clean, making January 1st the ideal time to adopt new, healthy habits with their New Year’s resolutions. In fact, research shows that most resolutions do focus on ways to improve physical and mental wellbeing.
Unfortunately, not all resolutions are kept. The statistics are actually rather grim. Only 25% of people who make resolutions are still sticking to them after 30 days. And only 8% accomplish them. Why? Because you’re not approaching it with the right mindset.
In order to succeed at anything, we have to get our minds set for success. Otherwise, we’re trying to paddle our canoes upstream and won’t get very far before we give up with the sheer effort.
That means setting the key elements in place:
Determining your why helps to establish the first two key elements. These are essential if you want to start making improvements to your life, whatever they may be. Climbing a mountain begins with one small step.
đź’ˇ Mindset hack:
Write the following 7 times, and quickly finish the sentences, without over-thinking:
I have decided to …………………….. because ……………………………………
And that will make me feel ……
And I want that because …..
Each time, try to come up with a new answer.
Then review your answers and select the one that feels the truest to you. Email that to me so that I can give you personal feedback.
Making changes to your life isn’t always easy, but it can be done.
đź’ˇ Remember!
Your every thought and word form a blueprint that your mind and body work to make your reality.
The strongest force in humans is that we must act in a way that consistently matches our thinking.
You’re consciously making hundreds of little and big decisions each day. What to wear… What to eat… What to believe… How to react…
Or, at least, you THINK you are!
See, your mind is actually split into two very different realms. Your conscious mind and your subconscious mind.
In simple terms, you’re aware of decisions made by your conscious mind, but unaware of the impact of your subconscious…
And here’s a fact that surprises many people:
Your conscious experience of making a decision is dictated by an unconscious process…
Meaning your unconscious mind is actually the one in control!
Think of your subconscious like a giant memory bank, holding information that you don’t even know is in there:
Feelings… Thoughts… Concepts… Urges…
All exerting unseen, unfelt influence over your actions and decisions.
And because your subconscious can run on its own without oversight, it might even be influencing you to do things that aren’t in your best interest.
The good news is that you can take control.
During a Rapid Transformational Therapy session, we uncover exactly how your subconscious mind works…How it is driving our thoughts and feelings.
We free you from outdated programming so you can grab hold of your mental reins and get your mind working for you and not against you.
RTT releases limiting beliefs and resolves issues that have been stopping you from moving forward.
Book a free Discovery Call to see how I can help. Make this your year. You can do it!
Have faith in yourself, and have a Happy New Year!
Warmest wishes

Reader Here is another key aspect to help you to master your mind and use its power to help yourself and the world! Intentional attention is a powerful tool that we all have but many fail to use. When we focus our attention, what we are looking at magnifies or becomes more obvious. When you are shining a torch to see your way in the dark. You are spotlighting your path so that you can see it more clearly and make your way forward. Think of an avid gardener, like me. With focused attention,...
Hello Reader, Here's another instalment in my mindset series. No matter what kind of challenges we are facing, the mindset we assume to overcome them will greatly determine if we do overcome the challenge. Our mindset will influence how we approach the subject and how much we enjoy the time we have while we are overcoming the challenge. As Dr. Wayne Dyer used to say, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” The key question is… 💡 How will you choose to look...
